Founded in 2009 by students of the LLB programme, Nexus organises academic, social and professional events to further the career opportunities of aspiring law students and make your stay at the University of Groningen a memorable one.
From conferences to active members weekends, we offer a tight-knit community balancing fun and academics.
THE VISION
of Nexus
Our Vision is to foster meaningful connections. Beyond providing a memorable stay in Groningen, we aim to make use of our network to aid our members in the transition between the educational sphere and the workforce.
We strive for continuous growth in terms of membership numbers as well as scale of events. As such, we hope to remain an accurate representation of and for the students.
THE MISSION
of Nexus
Our mission is to build a close-knit community to help international students within the Law faculty integrate in Groningen as well as prepare them for their future careers. Through the initiatives we plan and their engagement as members, such a community is feasible. The continuity of our association rests on the transparency in our practices and upholding ethical standards, as at our core, we are an association of the students, by the students and for the students
